Harry nodded, and continued reading about the Wizard's Wish cake. "It says here... that this cake is guaranteed to make your wish come true. I don't think you have to put a charm on the candles or anything, I think it's just the ingredients that does it... that's pretty sweet..." he said, his nose buried in the description of the cake.

((lol I totally made up this description... heh heh...))
Harry read the description aloud:
"The Wizard's Wish cake is guaranteed to pursue any wish made by a wizard. The wish is only guaranteed to be granted if the correct ingredients are put in and brewed correctly to form this magnificent cake. The most common flavours used are chocolate, white, yellow, and marble. There is also a list of variable flavours, which can be seen below the image of the Wizard's Wish cake. This cake was invented in 1966 when Albert Russman was upset because his birthday wishes never came true. An expert at brewing, Russman worked his way to making a perfect wish fulfulling cake that satisfies the wishes of any wizard who blows out the large center candle while thinking deeply about their wish.
There's also the list of flavours, colours, and all that..." Harry said, skimming through the page, "and the instructions and charms you have to use to get the candles to hover and all that."

Harry muttered, "Markario" to mark the page with the Wizard's Wish cake on it, then leaned over to look at the book Artemis was flipping through. As she was flipping through pages he spotted a nice blue party set. "Wait, look at this one," he said, pointing at the page.

Harry thought for a moment, leaning back on the couch. "Well, we could have it in the ballroom, but we'd have to get permission and it's just so big and they're still cleaning up from the previous parties and stuff... so I think we should have it in Gryffindor Tower... or maybe even at the Quidditch Pitch?" he said, thinking hard

"Well, you send out invitation, duh..." Harry said, thinking. "Well, I'm not really sure... I never had a party either. All I know about birthdays is what I saw on Dudley's birthdays... he got about fourty gifts every time, and he did something special and fun every year. Well, fun for him, anyway..." he paused. "What do you like to do? Then that can be the theme of your party."
