Help! I deleted my account by mistake! What do I do?
This is okay. Just create a new account. You won't have to fillout your character form again. Just tell an Administrator what all was in your profile (if you can) and they'll give it to you.
How do I get the link of my image to put in as my avatar or signature?
To get a link of your image, make an account on Imageshack or Photobucket. Then when you're logged in, browse for an image saved on your computer. Click it, open it, and when it appears, copy the link that has 'http://' and type Image's Link Here [/IMG] around the link if it is not there already. Either Image hoster will work. If you need more help, give an Administrator your picture and we'll be glad to do it for you.
How do I make my image appear in my posts instead of posting the link?
Anywhere on the forum you are able to do this. Just type [/IMG] around your Image's Link. Make sure you have the right one. The link you have should say something like 'http://' at the beginning. You can get the link of your image from Photobucket or Imageshack.
How and when do I get the password(s) I need?
Send an owl to an admin after your form has been moved into one of the Accepted sub-boards. Please tell in your PM which password(s) you need. If you have a Ravenclaw student and a professor, you only need the Ravenclaw House password and the Staff Room password. You only need the passwords to the Houses that you have characters in. If you do not have a professor, you do not need the Staff Room password.
How and when will my form be accepted?
Once an admin has read over your form, your thread will be moved into one of the Accepted Sub-Boards, which will indicate what House you are in.
How many professors am I allowed to have?
One professor per account. It is preferred that you only have one total, so that others can have the chance to be a professor as well.
Do I have to wait to be accepted before I can roleplay?
Most likely, yes, unless you have an exception.
Will I be deleted if I'm not active?
Most likely, after a long while without posting, your account will be forgotten, removed, or deleted.
Do I have to create a separate account if I want a professor?
Preferably we say yes. If you already have four characters on one account and you want a professor, you have to make another account.
This leads you to the one below.
How many accounts can I have?
You may have 2 accounts. If you have more than that, it just gets confusing. Plus, you'll never be able to stay active on more than 2 or 3 accounts anyway.
If I make a second account for my professor, can I also make more students on that account?
Sorry, no, this is not allowed. There is a maximum of 4 students total, and 1 professor total, unless you have an exception.
How do I signup for classes?
Classes are under the category called 'Classes'. (Of course!) If you find one you're interested in or one that fits you, go ahead and sign up for it.
