Class Introduction

[Pr. Kat Mune]

Hello, my name is Kat Mune, but you all may refer to me as Professor Mune. I am an animagus, which means I can shapeshift, or transform, into an animal, which in my case, is a black cat. I will demonstrate this for you in further lessons, but that is not our main subject of study. We are learning Divination.

Divination is the study of seeing into one's future, either by crystal ball, teacup, or one of the many other ways we will learn. In this class, you will become masters of the material we are scheduled to cover. If we finish all our scheduled lessons, we will go more into depth with some of our previous lessons, or begin something new. There is a lot to cover in the futuristic arts, from seeing the future, to predicting the future, to going into the future... but that is yet a long time from here.

We will begin simple, then grow more advanced and educational with our lessons. Please be sure to turn in classwork, homework, and attend lessons on time, or you may cause large decreasements of House points for your House. Therefor, I advise you to pay close attention in class, you never know when a pop quiz or extra credit assignment will come up!
