These staircases like to change all the time... they face one direction leading to one door, then at any moment... they may switch to another door or hallway!

Kira and Cho appeared at the moving stair cases. They had been talking about Kira's problem with Cedric. "Theres nothing you can do Kira." said Cho.
"I guess" muttered Kira. She walked up closer on the stair cases. "I just can't stop myself" she told Cho
"Yeah. It must be hard. Just try and think about a different thing. Anything" Cho said consuling Kira.

Hermione hurried onto a staircase, peering down at other moving below her. She loved to sit on the steps and let them move her around.

Hermione and Harry were walking up the stairs when the staircase began to move. They sighed and waited for it to stop where they needed it to. They jogged up the steps and paused on the next landing, and looking down at the staircases changing beneath them.

Ginny was getting used to the school but she stopped dead seeing Harry, she smiled but looked down and kept looking down, being careful not to fall but she bumped into him accidently. "S..Sorry Harry" She looked up to him, very shy.
